This notice covers the Davinci website and waitlist, operated by The Product Dojo. It does not cover information you may later enter in the Davinci app.
Your waitlist signup
When you join, we record your email address, submission time and welcome-email delivery status in our private Google Sheets waitlist. We use your address to send a welcome email and contact you about Davinci access. Repeating a signup with the same address does not create another entry or send another welcome.
Joining does not create an app account. The notes in the website animation are an illustrative story; this page does not read your personal notes or send them to an AI service.
Website services
Vercel hosts the website and processes request information needed to deliver and protect it, such as IP addresses and browser information. Google stores waitlist submissions, and Zoho processes welcome emails sent from info@deproductdojo.com. Their notices are available at Vercel privacy, Google privacy and Zoho privacy.
We use Google Analytics to measure visits and how people use this website. It uses analytics cookies and processes information such as pages visited, browser and device details, and approximate location. We do not send your waitlist email address or personal notes to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in our tag configuration.

Keeping and removing your email
We keep signups while the waitlist is active, unless you ask us to remove yours. To request removal or ask a privacy question, email info@deproductdojo.com and include the email address you used.
